Wounded Healers Institute (WHI) provides educational and training programming on mental health, states of consciousness, trauma, dissociation, and addiction. We offer addiction and recovery education to families, children, communities, and systems.
WHI educates healers to become professional Healers (Recovery and Somatic-based).
WHI provides education and training on memory healing, posttraumatic growth, and recovery care, based on our dissociation research.
WHI hosts spiritual healing retreats and musical events to help individuals, communities, and humanity heal and resolve intergenerational conflicts.
WHI hosts Wounded Healer’s Institute Podcast and Healing America Podcast w/ Dr. Adam.
WHI is a recovery and spiritually healing community that supports the lived experience of anyone who has been there and come back.
WHI is a co-op of healers who help by offering their lived experience and services to help others heal.
WHI provides non-clinical services for people looking to heal from adverse life experiences, get neurally regulated, workout at our Posttraumatic Gym and Healing Spa, get research-informed on going education support for self-healing, and help establish long-term recovery. Participants can have clinical needs and can be in licensed services as well.
Under the educational direction of Adam O’Brien, PhD., WHI offers on going healing programming for people in need of educational care, healing from everyday life trauma and stress, developmental and attachment trauma, normative dissociation, and universal addictions.
