A Nation of Professional Finks: “America” Case Study

“Thanks for the last and greatest betrayal of the last and greatest of human dreams.”

William S. Burroughs from: Thanksgiving Prayer

INTRODUCTION

In addition to mandating treatment, the State Board of Education “recommends” Self-Help’s suggestion of attending ninety Self-Help meetings in ninety days (e.g., 90-in-90) to professionals with drug-related issues or licensure offenses. This reminds us of when drug courts and the law were trying to influence client care by asking recovery questions as if they knew what recovery means and requires. Recovery requires that you leave the only relationship that has been there for you. At that time, we were working in an intensive outpatient setting, which clients attended for five hours a day, five days a week, for an undetermined amount of time. Their outcome is based on their performance, ability to learn and retain, and change their relationship to everything (past, present, and future). Recovery performance was evaluated using outcome measures (e.g., “level of recovery”) that were based on the client passing through the Stage of Change, clinical observation, and team consensus (O’Brien, 2023a). In asking if these individuals were “doing enough for their recovery?” at every meeting or every drug court appearance was redundant, but also gaslighting on a professional level. Fawning, cooperating, and submitting to “their choice” was done so that they did not go to jail for an indiscriminate amount of time for something that should have never been made illegal in the first place because we are living a free country (e.g., based on the notion of separation of church and state and freedom of choice), but that remains in question to date. This governmental juxtaposition was the main reason for America’s creation; yet it appears that these aspects of government have become one now and all that is left are citizens who are so subdued by modern comforts (e.g., state retirement) that professional citizens are forgetting to fight for what is right for the citizen whole (past, present, and future) and not the elite few or their own future job security. Fact is that judgement is held for those who don’t know what they know and that our collective past, present, and future are watching, assessing, and evaluating us all the time.

The juxtaposition of the law and clinical work is palpable day-in and day-out, but coming from a governmental licensing board or legal “officer” of the court, we were amazed that the “recovery” question was consistently asked at our “interdisciplinary team meetings”. Ironically, the state-mandated MD or prescriber, who is supposed to be legally responsible for every person under their care, was not required to attend these “team meetings”. The recovery question the officer would ask was, “Is the ‘patient’ ‘doing’ their ‘recovery’”? This polite question was meant to elicit if the client was doing “the next right thing”, as if they didn’t already know or figure it out for themselves. This was obviously asking if they were “not using” but implying if they were following “the law” or society’s definition of what is socially appropriate (i.e., not using drugs because they have been deemed “bad” for public health because of a few “bad apples” [e.g., addicts] who don’t know how to use them properly and were never educated properly (e.g., D.A.R.E.)). Plus, being identified or labeled (e.g., diagnosed) as someone who has a “drug problem” by the very same system that does not have an accurate definition of addiction (O’Brien, 2023a) seems less and less ironic and more hypocritical at this point in America’s history and governmental state of mind. Furthermore, what if research showed that these “drugs” were actually medicines that did good? What if “your brain on drugs” is better for you than “your brain not on drugs”? What if they do have medical AND PSYCHOLOGICAL value? If not, then does psychology understand that they do not have key psychological conditions defined (e.g., unconscious, trauma, dissociation, and addiction; O’Brien, 2023a)? Does the medical field understand the implications of “the physical body as the psychological unconscious”? Does the government not understand that, from a psychological and societal perspective, the reason Self-Help was created was because the government and medical establishments (including psychology) were unable to provide an adequate response to a public health crisis that they themselves created (e.g., Prohibition Era)? Yet again, America finds herself in the professional crosshairs of time, space, fate, and destiny. We are happy to be here for her.

Based on set diagnostic criteria, drug problems do exist, but their symptoms have not held up when reviewed by our qualitative analysis because we found key symptoms of addiction that are not identified by modern “science” (O’Brien, 2023a). Qualitative science (e.g., lived experience) has defined it and provided another pathway to recovery from our addictions. Therefore, we must start to question professional dynamics (e.g., gatekeeping), America’s professionalism, and the moral character of professions who say they hold the answers while wielding power and control like their parents before them (i.e., remember why America broke away from England: Taxation without representation). Our observation is that America must learn to heal in order to become “healthy” “again”.

We also have to question the generational sales pitch of what they think is healthy versus what is really an intergenerational pyramid scam and modern-day debt slavery from the existing professions who sell us other professions we don’t need and products that kill. They treat conditions that only exist in their minds and make laws we do not need. These are causing the majority of the health issues but this is not readily seen because it is America’s unconscious. The fact that professions are also benefiting exponentially (e.g., Standard American Diet, overprescribing of unnecessary medications, overuse of plastics, addiction as a disease, extension of governmental regulation, new “mandated” laws that go against the spirit of the Declaration of Independence, and gain of function “research”) should be considered when learning our operational definition of addiction as dissociation (O’Brien, 2023a). As a Healer and counselor, we believe that “America” knows “the next right thing to do” to get healthy, does not need to defer to Self-Help, and would better be off if she were able to execute her own healing once she knows who she is, what she is, when she is, where she is, how she is, and why she is. Therefore, we have decided to take on America’s presenting dissociative system as our new client in our presentation: Healing America Podcast with Dr. Adam.

“America”: CASE STUDY

We have to know who is who in the fight for America before we can start resolving her past traumas; therefore, we need to ask if our new client, “America”, is being gaslit by their government, partners (past, present, and future), and her whole family system? If so, then “America” does not know where she comes from, nor her past. She forgets history because she has dissociative amnesia as a result of her unresolved traumatic past and the current abusive relationship that she does not know she is in. We believe that these are the seeds of “America” being under the spell of intergenerational mass psychosis, classical and operant conditioning, grooming, and brainwashing. It is the result of her educational training to think freely. We observe that “America” is coming to know who she is, where she is, when she is, and why she is and that she is having difficulty accessing and making these answers conscious due to external factors that she is somewhat aware of. This is often what purveyors of psychology and society imply when they say that she “needs working on” to heal. “America” is becoming aware that she is unhealthy, needs support, and does not know why she is asking for it.

Conscious expression, and the ability to express what is inside outwardly, assumes that all consciousness has a consciousness to it; therefore, unconsciousness has consciousness (e.g., the physical body is the psychological unconscious) (O’Brien, 2024c). “America” is not able to express her needs to her current providers because they have lied to her in the past and she does know on some level that she is currently dissociative, actively addictive, and imbibing on the promises of tomorrow and pursuits of happiness. “America”, as a part, believes that this is a problem because she is labeling it a problem because her culture and professionals imply this in their packaging as to what is “wrong” with her. Additionally, her providers do not have accurate definitions of the words they use, diagnoses they provide, and apply selective meanings when outcomes do not go their way. This caution and letdown may be because the educational institutions and business practices of the culture she lives in (e.g., societal “systems” run by professions) culture become false premises that go against human nature, reason and logic, common sense, and the professions legal code of ethics and our moral code when we are not careful (O’Brien, 2024c; O’Brien, 2024d). These societal systems are supposed to provide regulation on sanity, but can’t because they do not see how things can be here and not here at the same time (e.g., dissociation) or how addiction is dissociation (O’Brien, 2023a; O’Brien, 2024c).

Therefore, we cannot assume that laws are right or a Nation of Laws will survive without having to evolve or adapt to the reality that some actions were historically done in our name as citizens (Iraq “War”), laws were made illegally (e.g., psychedelics or “War on Drugs”), and economic imperialism or debt slaves exists too. Additionally, a Nation of Law cannot survive if applied by professional finks who cannot see that medical science is really psychologically based (O’Brien, 2024c). This missing common sense observation is because psychology has not defined the psychological unconscious as the physical body or they are living dissociated from the truth of addiction being transdiagnostic (O’Brien, 2023a). For example, if developmental or attachment trauma, undiagnosed addiction (e.g., sex, shopping, money, hoarding, work, and success) are not disorders in the DSM, can you bill for it? If you do, it is fraud because these addiction “diagnoses” do not exist in the DSM. If “the system” cannot accurately define the words they use and apply said meaning, then they are living dissociated from them and should not be taking away religious freedoms (religious exemption) or forcing treatment onto any civilian population that differs from their prescription; particularly, if we look at modern medicines overprescribing prescription problem. Also, “America’s” healing will not happen because psychology is selling fixing instead of healing, of which, most of her citizens are voting for their own immediate self-interest and not thinking of the bigger generational picture (O’Brien, 2024d). This is our recovery understanding of what it will take for America to get “healthy” again because she will have to admit what she is addicted to and why. We know that she will have to go through her addiction recovery to get “healthy” again and that requires admitting that she is the problem, is insane, and only God has the power to break this pattern. While we agree with this statement, but will identify whether this is good or bad or which side is which because the storyteller makes no choice.

Ultimately, by exposing professional gatekeeping and the main dysfunctional aspects of “America’s” professional and personal relationships, this presentation will answer the questions of who is woke?, who is living dissociated?, who is dependent on whom?, and identify who America really is? We will do this by answering the question of “what is the difference between dissociation and what is numb, desensitized, or dependent (e.g., addicted)?”, as all of those answers previously shared can become true. This observation is relative to when and who the mind is at the time of consciousness or unconsciousness (O’Brien, 2024c), but that is what our work has been able to define (O’Brien, 2023a). Because psychology sales pitch defines trauma, dissociation, and addictions as disorders and diseases (AND citizens bought it!), we should be cautious about who we are listening to and who is giving us our orders to follow their science. Our work (O’Brien, 2023a) and the work of many others, highlight the exact opposite of these common phenomena that they educated us on, we must draw rather difficult conclusions in the end because no one here gets out alive. As the truth is apparently the only experience that will set us free, from our recovery angle, we must be rigorously honest with ourselves and others. This is also our ethical obligation to being moral.

Until the gifts of dissociation are realized by the American government and citizenry, then when they are mislabeling citizens as “crazy”, “broken”, “diseased”, “deplorable”, and “disordered” (yes, even learning disorders may be symptoms of dissociation) when ‘crazy” is really just bodily states of dysregulation from the past that the present does not believe can still exist. These “diagnoses” of trauma, dissociation, and addiction are essential to everyone trying to understand themselves, educating others, governing, leading, doing healing work, raising children, being informed citizens, or are taking psychedelic medicines.

ORIENTATION

A fink is a person who sells out their own for their own benefit or a perceived greater good (often altruistically rationalized). While we can appreciate the greater good argument, a herd running off of a cliff should be more aware if they have seen this pattern before, been there before, and done it themselves. We have some reverence for where our American society is at today and where it wants to go, but it is not that difficult to predict the future because that outcome is clear. Our past, however, holds more mystery than our future or present, but those who know the past are also those who know how and why these three phenomena (past, present, and future) are one process (like trauma, dissociation, and addiction or ice, water, and vapor) because they are dependent on the others to exist. This wisdom (dependent origination or mutual arising) are spiritual teachings and truths that allow one to be able to find reality and know ultimate truth (O’Brien, 2023a).

What if Boards of Education, politicians, and “The Law” professions had to follow established science to “Make America Healthy Again”? Who would be in control of their recovery and healing? Should oversight come from medicine or psychology? We would suggest not because legally we are still living in a world that is not trauma, dissociation, and addiction-informed (O’Brien, 2023a). These phenomena being transdiagnostic should be enough to capture the reader’s imagination as to where we are going with this work, but we need to agree that America needs to get healthy again or question who says what healthy is. This health choice should be questioned at this point because it appears that the “experts” no longer psychologically know what they are doing can no longer pretend like the medical model (as a product of the Capitalistic stress business model (includes: finance, insurance, law, and banking)) isn’t causing most of the illness’s citizens are facing now. Additionally, every legal, governmental agency, and psychological professional organization should have called out organizations like the AMA and the government for illegally shutting down the country during COVID because that was illegal according to the pandemic plan established during Obama’s administration. We are presenting that they didn’t because they “wanted to get back to normal” and did not want or wanted to minimize disruptions in citizen daily life OR was it tied to their job performance review, their potential loss of income, public safety, security, and ranking in the professional game of who can make more exponential profits without anyone noticing. Doing this altruistic gesture in the name of public health, implementing unscientific policies, or giving the “suggestion” to another citizen to use Self-Help’s recipe implies a lot, particularly if who is suggesting is or isn’t in recovery.

We have presented that physical body as the psychological unconscious elsewhere (O’Brien, 2023a; O’Brien, 2024c), therefore, the medical model holds no value over the body for psychological care, other than antiquated laws and illegal public policy. As professional citizens, who do we follow if the laws are illegal? Do we go against “established science” and “research”, go against state required moral character, or knowingly go on the wrong side of history? We ask because the same line of reasoning is making psychedelics legal again is also the same one that should have never been made illegal in a free country. This type of behavior is what we see behaviorally with gaslighting, manipulation, deflection, defines denial, and is the root cause of all ignorance. Clinically and psychologically, we see dissociative reenactment, compulsions to repeat, and addictive processes in professional relational dynamics, relating to power, control, and money. If history (or memory) has shown anyone anything, it is that history repeats, rhythms, lies enough to make one think that they know what they are talking about, and is addictive (e.g., absolute power corrupts absolutely).

HISTORICAL REORIENTATION

In order to save from the backlash of starting a forever “War on Drugs” against their own citizens (e.g., allowing Big Pharma to sell and advertise a “non-addictive opiate” or allude to mental health conditions are due to a “chemical imbalance” and profited exponentially), recovery research (William White) gave them the ability and justification to start a new recovery profession that AA’s 11th tradition clearly stated should not happen (e.g., AA or sponsorship should never collect money for their services). The question is why did AA say this? What did they foresee? Now that Peer Recovery Advocates have been an established profession for some years now, we can see how government incentives provide services when the pain is great enough, but not prior to causing the pain that they are inflicting or citizens are enabling. What awareness appears to be lacking in America’s systems is enough understanding that making a profession does not solve the systemic issue that they caused, why illegal laws exist, and who/what caused them (e.g., irrational belief that “drugs are bad”). We see the psychedelic example also in their inability to make moral or ethical laws (e.g., War on Drugs), prior to implementing them. One does not need more laws if they have quality laws, follow principles of law, and citizens are allowed to live ethically and morally – not just ethically or legally. How did the developers of AA know that this is exactly what systems of power and control would do or use to regulate what people can and cannot put into their bodies? How could they have foreseen this prior to today? Could their awareness have come from the Civil War, Reconstruction, literature, Red Scare, Jazz, Civil Rights, Prohibition, or Great Depression (ironically that some of the creators of AA caused)?

While we accept the compassion of those who work with “addicts” and use recovery language, those who have obtained what Self-Help offers should never allow the government to outsource to Self-Help because professionals recommending what the Self-Help would give to the new comer means that they and treatment do not have much to offer to “treat” this “disease” and are the reason why their issues become our problems. The observation that we are all addicted to or dependent on something (e.g., trauma, drama, work, sex, food, money, sugar, safety, regulations, making laws, and pleasure) and the fact that transferring addiction is not clinically discussed as a clinical reality (because it is not conceptualized in the literature) is a major pathological and diagnostic absence and is a concern that we highlighted in our dissertation (O’Brien, 2023a). Addiction now being transdiagnostic suggests that our systems need an overhaul and professions need to justify their logic psychologically.

What never sat right with us (this writer) is that addiction was not clearly defined by Self-Help or the clinical world and the absence of an operational addiction definition is because addiction is not operationally defined in the evidence-based DSM. Our operational definition of addiction shows the ability to complete the missing aspects of pathology and diagnostics, if those reviewing our work will be able to accept that the physical body is the unconscious (O’Brien, 2023a), that law is not equal to ethics and morals (O’Brien, 2024c), and dissociation is the “disease” of addiction (O’Brien, 2023a; O’Brien, 2023b). The observation that dissociation is not a disorder or illness suggests that it is conditional, based on the environment it comes from. For our purposes here, we will use the power of tautology to conclude our arguments and the civics lesson with the “War on Drugs”, Self-Help, and establishing Healing Recovery.

BACKGROUND TO THE PROBLEM

In a world where people have a horrible history of labeling problems that turn out to be key to the solutions, liability intergenerational labelers better be sure what they are saying is true because if not, then it is a sales pitch like the “pursuit of happiness” in a theme park. When someone is causing problems, there will be someone there selling their solutions. What we are buying when we buy education as a solution is what we get and critical thinking may be like common sense currently (e.g., in short supply), because the qualitative bigger picture is starting to come into focus for more and more people with the advent of shared common knowledge through the Internet and now AI. When we look at America’s education system, it appears to be more of a training ground for compliant citizens who are a product of fear-based systems and institutionalized learning. The issue then becomes what does one generation do when they figure out that they are more developmentally mature, knowledgeable, spiritually and morally fit, and more aware than the previous generation? We can also acknowledge that we are able to achieve these levels of fitness because of the previous generations’ example and sacrifice. But this is not the rest of the story because global healing is upon us with psychedelic medicines and if we believe that the same ignorance that did not follow the science (e..g, psychedelics absolutely have medical and psychological value) in the first place and made them illegal is not here anymore, then we are in for a rude awakening. For us, Moral Character is what one does with knowledge when they become aware of what, who, and what one was unaware of or not acknowledging.

When the Age of Enlightenment (1700’s-1800’s) brought forth some real opportunities for growth learning, particularly around political science, law, finances, and modern society. Namely, the right of free choice and the right to pay taxes to a King or not. As Sir Thomas More stated “a man of conscience is not obliged to obey the laws of a sovereign if they go against his own moral principles.” The law and ethics provide our common consensus, but what they also do is hinder one’s ability to be moral when laws are unjust. Our example here is the illegalization of psychedelics when they have been shown to have medical and psychological value. As a result, we are exploring psychedelics as ways of accessing states of universal healing from moral injury, existential threats, and spiritual crises. Historically, the tenants of the Enlightenment were a show of freedom, governments (and those in charge) never give what they won’t get back; therefore we have to take our “rights” back from citizens who should have never taken them away and we are paying them to not. Here are some details or “facts” about our new client. We will use America’s history as our data to demonstrate our resolve on how America has become divided as a result of their addictive and dissociative state due to psychological, societal, and cultural truths or realities that are being blatantly ignored and denied. Here is our clinical assessment of our new client: America.

DATA

New potential client/citizen emailed and texted (5x) a request for a 1-hour consultation through our Internet profile to discuss a recent strong unconscious reaction to the election of a new President from her country of origin: Amerika. She is describing that she is currently experiencing intrusive reminders from her past, but does not recognize it. She reported having dissociative experiences related to traumatic stress but does not know who, what, when, how, and why she is having these and where they are coming from. She states that is not her story. She is seeking information as to what is going on with her because she is experiencing moments of intense feelings, images from the past that she cannot explain, and do not make sense to her. She is also wondering who or what is informing some of her most recent decisions, but also for her country of origin. She reported that she only wants a 1-hour consultation because she has reached out to other professionals and professions previously. She reported that she has not been able to come to some resolution with her mental health with all she has done. To avoid scope of practice issues, clients meet the diagnostic criteria for medical necessity and our diagnostic impression for diagnoses that do not exist in the current pathology because addiction is not operationally defined.

Goals: Client’s stated goals (in order of priority), 1) To feel better (meaning to not die or feel like death) by understanding what is going on with her, 2) perform better in her relationships and career (international matters) 3) come off of all prescribed medications and transition to a “healthy” life-style, 4) restore regulation and balance to current day matters (memory issues) 5) learn to heal with psychedelic medicine because she reported that absolutely nothing has worked for her in her previous treatment and care with other providers.

Demographics: America identifies as a soon to be 25-year-old female, who is actually turning 250 years old on July 4, 2026. She is bisexual and desperately wants to be marrying a male so she can have children. She already has 78 million of her children. She is also looking to adopt the rest of her 194 siblings’ children because they had to “endure the horrible conditions, not being in the modern world enough”. She has not been legally married and has an active sex life with multiple partners. She is of mixed race and said that she  “is white enough to know that we are all descendants of Africa”.

Narrative: America’s adoptive birth was extremely traumatic, even though she stated that it was perfectly normal and natural. During the first few years of life she had good people trying to make a better world for her, but were confronted with the ancient dialectical or cognitive dissonance of trying to create anything “good” through the lens of divine Providence. Her parents utilized previous Old World documents and previously tried governmental formats. Her parents felt that this was the best chance for normal development and provide her with the best chance of succeeding in the New World. Her parents’ parenting style varied at different times.

Her parents divorced after a Civil War when she was roughly 3-years-old. She reported that her mother said that they lived off the land in peace and harmony prior to her parents splitting. Her parents had multiple prenup agreements, but consistently they fell through because wars always broke out. Her oldest sibling declared independence when she was 1. She does not remember her father or the people who raised her, but has their writings to cite. Their example exemplifies the lengths that they were willing to go to (OR had to go to because government overreach) secure and maintain the freedoms of speech, religion, and choice. All of her ancestors fought, died, and killed for our rights today to have what we have, but the sacrifice of a generation should be marked by how they leave the place, not how much was gained. Her father died in an act of political violence against him when she was 1-years-old. The discord was over the Alien and Sedition Act of 1798 while drinking in a brothel hotel in Philadelphia with some lawyers and politicians. They said it was a duel to the death (which was legal at the time), but no one really knows for sure. She believes that it was written about in the Federalist papers (between Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison’s) because she saw the duel on TV years later, but does not remember it currently. She reports developing naturally and meeting all of her developmental milestones appropriately. She reported that mom was good and fair. She reports not remembering her too much of her childhood and reports that she does know if she is alive or dead. She earned her “wealth” by doing what she shown.

[Editorial: Client reports that she has no knowledge of most of her history or her life prior and has no knowledge that this writer knows more about her history then she does because of her presentation, speech (word selection), what she knows and what she doesn’t know, and because this writer graduated suburban high school, has Associates in Liberal Arts, a BA degree in History, worked in academic libraries for 7 years reading whatever he could get his hands on, a master degree in mental health counseling, certified in Integrative Medicine for Mental Health and Expressive Arts, credentialled by the State of New York in substance use counseling, has certifications in Medical Assisted Therapy (MAT) and recovery, can administer Narcan and perform CPR, licensed by the State of New York to practice psychotherapy, and holds an international degree in PhD in Addiction and Recovery Studies. This writer is also Approved Consultant in Brainspotting, EMDR (an evidence-based therapy for PTSD), and provides Neurofeedback that gives him access to quantitative EEG (qEEG) scans so he can quantify his qualitative observations. He has 15 years of clinical experience in various settings ranging from inpatient, intensive residential, prison populations, and private practice. He has a combined 30 years of lived experience of being in or working in “the system” and lives with dissociative and addictive experiences. As a substance use counselor, he is trained in harm reduction, psychopharmacology for addictions, and knows specifically what psychedelic medicines are doing in the body and dissociative mind. He is also trained and practices psychedelic care with psychedelic medicines and mystical experiences, therefore, he has specific training in using psychedelic plant medicines with clients and harm reduction. He is a certified life-coach and credentialled in ministry. He is also developing a new profession (Healer) out of his old profession because that system has failed to meet and prevent him from meeting his client’s needs. He is currently doing his post-doctoral work in Applied Recovery (with this presentation) and is continuing to educate readers on the Addiction as Dissociation Model, Path of the Wounded Healer, and Anti-D.A.R.E. programming (Addiction Re-Educational Program). This work is the setup for the “Healing America Podcast with Dr. Adam” launching in January of 2025.]

Medical History: America has been diagnosed with every known medical and psychological condition that has ever been created by Western medicine. She reported that she does not believe in Western medicine anymore due to recent events. She has even been diagnosed with the diagnoses that the system later found out to be a product of cultural unawareness (e.g., being gay used to be a disorder). She has had more medical and psychological hospitalization than any other country ever. She has had plastic surgery on everything. She has dentures. She has an active case of herpes, syphilis, and AIDS is managed with medication.

America drank water with high levels of lead from ages 1800- current. She drank a lot of alcohol during the Prohibition Era. She is against the War on Drugs, but is religiously firm that The Law is King (Remember she has daddy issues and this is a projection). She ate a lot of paint chips as a kid. She played a lot of dodgeball as a kid and has had multiple concussions. America is sexually promiscuous by her society’s standards but not to the standard of the Eastern European (e.g., Czech Republic). She referenced her feminism point of view that there is a deeply entrenched sex slave industry that she is becoming aware of, historically and socially.

America is currently fully vaccinated and fully boostered. She smokes and drinks alcohol regularly. She reports to be in great physical health. She is nearing 250lbs and reports disorganized eating patterns. She is prediabetic and has skin rashes.

Psychiatric History: America reports that she cannot tell the difference between what is real or not, fake or not, here or not, there or not, and why. America reported feeling like an unaware tourist in her own body and home. She reported that she does not know the difference between right and wrong, out and in, here and there, and now and why. She reports having beatific visions of her future. She can remember her dreams vividly, when she can remember them.

Previous diagnoses reported: bi-polar, psychosis, anxiety, depression, panic, various learning disorders, schizophrenia, serotonin syndrome, gay, and Asperger’s. America’s psychiatrist team has had her on every known medication and believes that this is the correct course of treatment. She reported that she is the product of incent and rape from a variety of family members, community members, and religious affiliation.

She lost her virginity in the First World War. She was drugged, raped, and left to die until The Second World War concluded. She intravenously injects all of her psych medications with her drug of choice (speedballs e.g., heroin/cocaine) and a benzodiazepine chaser. She also utilizes over-the-counter inhalants and nitroxide daily. She is currently microdosing on cannabis and mushrooms. She is desperately waiting for the stronger fentanyl that Big Pharma is creating and the government is permitting. She had a period of abstinence and was placed on pharmaceuticals due to a 5150 by a police officer who she reports is abusing her. She reports that she is not suicidal but uses that “expression” a lot. She is homicidal because she has multiple wars on multiple fronts. Some of these wars are “forever wars” that her parents started. She also has active wars that were not declared in Congress, although they are supposed to be in her Constitution. Her archfiend used to be her best friend in grade school. America is educated in every religion and every way of life. She holds atheism in high-esteem while going to church every day to pray for others. She reported to be living her faith. She reported that her non-god is her god. She hunts endangered animals so the poachers don’t get them first.

Treatment History: Client reported to have done every known therapy, intervention, and approach known to man, except psychedelic therapy. She has tried every medication known to modern science. She has tried many different therapists but has not felt a connection to any of them. She would be labeled as treatment resistant by current standards of care.

Family History: Parents were native born immigrants who forgot where they came from. They are both dead currently, for now… America believes that she is an only child. America has 194 siblings and parents who have mated (willing or unwilling) with every known race and creed. America’s parents’ history is known enough to know that it is psychotic, tragic, and the diary of “a madman”. America’s ancestors knew that there were previous generations, but had little documentation. However, America today has figured evolution, origins of the universe, separation of church and state, and the difference between religion from spirituality. She knows that there were other civilizations and empires prior to her birth, but does not know their fate or why. America believes that everything is going well and that everyone is just doing the best they can. America’s family was dependent on educational systems to raise and provide her training, reasoning, and rationale; therefore, definitions are not always defined by their meaning, but rather, the interpretation of the words used that have been culturally appropriated, implicitly biased, and generationally accepted definitions.

Education History: America has had free access (e.g., Internet) to the finest thinkers and universities. She has had access to the best and the brightest modern day scholars that have ever been. However, these amazing teachers were not “educated” enough to make the changes necessary to protect future generations OR the generations are not able to apply established wisdoms due to professional gatekeeping and finkism, based on the fatal intellectual flaw of rationalism (HERE)).

Social History: America is bisexual and currently lives alone due to fallouts during COVID. America’s social support systems are dwindling as alienation and isolation has been reported to have been happening for some time. She reports to be a feminist and engages in advocacy for human rights, anti-war, and is pro-gun rights. She believes that people should have the right to abort a baby and also that life is sacred. She is pro-democracy, capitalism, socialism, and communism for others.

Legal History: America stated that she has no current legal issues with the law because there is no white collar crime unit. Although, she is on federal parole for shoplifting and jaywalking.

Financial History: America currently owes more money than she makes and has a considerable amount of accruing debt. America’s education is significantly lacking in financial responsibilities to professions moral character clause. America has diagnoses that it does not know. America is an immigrant in her own nation because she does not own stock in the government. America believes that money grows on trees because she just prints more money.

She spends more on defense budget and military spending than other combined sibling nations. America has an astronomical amount of student loans, of which is in deferment because she is in an online PhD program to become a Psychologist. America leases and drives a Lamborghini and lives in Sunny Acres Trailer Park. She is alone and with none of her children stating that “they’ll have to learn at some point. Based on her actions and lifestyle she is not aware of them. She has never been married. She has had millions of abortions, is absolutely pro-life, and for absolute legal choice. She is in several relationships that she is unaware of. She does not have alimony because she does not remember her partners. She is on food stamps and eats the Standard American Diet (as provided by the CDC and enabled by the APA, AMA, ACA). She is currently working part-time as a private cleaner (cash), daycare assistant (10 hours on the books), and private nanny (cash). America currently has no insurance because it lapsed and is asking for sliding scale or pro bono services. She is willing to trade but says that she does not have any skills and does not know what she could offer.

Insurance: America does not have health insurance; therefore, she is not receiving adequate care.

Miscellaneous: Client is also working with a variety of other professionals (e.g., chiropractor, functional medicine, genetic testing) and paraprofessionals like Peer Recovery Advocates. She is also taking supplements, does sound baths, and is actively working a program of Self-Help recovery with a sponsor. She also sees professionals who performed Reiki, CranioSacral, Polarity, and a life coach. She also uses social media regularly, listens to podcasts, and loves Bob Marley’s music and life, but does not know why.  She has not been able to listen to music for years and does not spend time reading or writing. She has a walrus, two cats, a service dog, and a world famous iguana on her YouTube Channel. She rents her apartment in NYC. She pays her rent with cash, trade, and communal living. She reports that she is physically inactive for most of her day. She reported that she never exercises and smokes cigarettes, vapes, and chews Nicorette. She spends time staring out the window and reports missing portions of the day. She has not applied for disability because she heard once that it takes 2 years and most get denied.

ASSESSMENT

Based on Recovery Capital Scale, the professional world is filled with people living dissociated from their ethics, hence human morals and the people who know the difference. America presents as intelligent, presentable, and well groomed. She appears to be highly suicidal and does not remember that she is. She appears to be well informed on most matters of her life and sees issues with her memory. America thinks and believes that she has the right to enslave the previous generations. She reported that she feels like she is entitled to believe so. America believes that privilege is earned. America presents as hopeless and does not remember that she can fend for herself in the wild.

Presentation: America is exhibiting signs of PTSD, panic, and temporal confusion. America often forgets her name and does not know her middle or her last name. She is not oriented to time and space, but also was able to know end of session and billing. She identifies that they do not exist because she does not exist anymore. America identifies that she once was as blind, but now can see. Sometimes she wears a blindfold of justice but does not know how or who puts it on. America is both male and female because that is how biology works (e.g., one plus one equals three). America identifies as being everything and anything. She reports to be numb but feels everything, does not know what is going on but knows what her care should look like, and trusts that what we do as Healers is what is right for her but does not trust her-selves enough to heal.

Strengths: America has produced some of the world’s more technological advances, art, and atrocities. America is a fighter but does know that fighting isn’t allowed anymore because it excites the younger generations. America is intelligent. America has a good Constitution, but does not follow it or apply it due to societal influence like money, power, privilege, and prestige, of which she does not identify as a problem. America claimed legal independence at the age of 2. America, as a Nation of Laws, is developmentally at the age of 7, but has parts of her who have been able to achieve abstract thinking; however, who holds the truth is still in question (HERE). America’s future is known but not to all aspects of her. She loves sports. She really loves playing futball.

Weaknesses: America thinks and believes that she is intelligently brilliant but the standardized and culturally uninformed tests are showing that she has significant impairment in rational expression, emotional intelligence, and moral development. Religion to a fault and spiritual when convenient. America does not know that inalienable rights are not privileges.

Medical Assessment: America’s medical doctors (primary care physician) see that she is sick but does not know what. They cite psychosomatic symptomatology, heredity, and psychological reasons as for the main reasons for her condition. Her body has a host of medical unexplained medical conditions that she is currently pursuing. She reported to currently have major depression that our research highlights depression is really dissociation. She reported to not have a TBI. She presented at times like she does. The scientific and biological fact that a full brained adult starts around the age of 25, America’s new adult brain is starting to turn on but she has anxiety around being able to use it properly. She is starting to become aware of her age and the consequence of the unresolved nature of her past. She is aware that this is not just with her selves, but also family, community, society and culture.

The medical model has philosophical shortcomings in their foundational thought (e.g., that they or a drug is what heals) (O’Brien, 2023a). If the American Healthcare system believes that it is okay for PCP to prescribe psych medications when they claim to be able to produce a “non-addictive” drug, mental health issues are due to a “chemical imbalance” and that they know how to balance, vaccines are safe for everyone, and psychedelics have no medical value that psychology would have no opinion? This is because psychology does not know who she is. This absence is why Healers come into conscious being through unconscious means. Our lived experience is our only truth. Free speech, freedom of spirituality, and free choice are non-negotiable because they have already been negotiated at our conception; this is the power of recovery, knowing one’s story, and knowing that you are healed enough to know the difference between what they are selling you with modern convenience because America is addicted to it and is addicted to selling it because those in who have had active addiction and recovery know the drug dealer also has an addiction. America is presenting with dissociative features that the doctors cannot explain because they have industrialized values, legal, and liability concerns.

Medical model says that they can diagnose, and get you better. Ambulatory and disease-based model. Depends on legal and policy levels of awareness and practice.

Psychological Assessment: Key definitions (unconscious as the body, addiction as dissociation, and dissociation as addiction to trauma) to mental health are missing from their operationalized manual (e.g., DSM). Therefore, the need to review their moral obligations to be ethical before they can be moral. Psychological model depends on the medical model and legal levels of awareness and practice.

Education Assessment: America’s educational system ranking in the world is less than desired (HERE). America reports that she has a learning disorder, but does not know what it is or how and why it happens (HERE). Maybe being on time, standardized tests and measures, and expected outcomes are stressing people to the point that they cannot focus or pay attention. Stressed learning is fear learning is based in the implicit memory system; therefore, implicit learners may be emotional learners, where the others are not (O’Brien, 2024c; HERE). Educational model depends on legal rights and freedom of speech and choice.

Legal Assessment: America prides herself on being a Nation of Laws that is the best she can do now and ever. The premise or suppositions of the legal system is that there are actions that are allowed and not allowed, that citizens make the law, and “the law” can know what is right and wrong. America’s legal system believes that 53 million dollars for spilling hot coffee is reasonable. Convicted felons cannot vote, but they can become President. They imprison citizens for a disease that does not exist as they claim. Legal model of business is based on the logic that there is a common consensus that is not influenced by some implicit bias or alternative motive.

Social Assessment: America reports to have a wonderful social network and wonderful people on both sides. Her network is mostly online. She is engaged with several different social activities and communities. She does swear a lot and uses abrasive language. She is direct in her communications. She is deficient in this area and can use it to create a social network that is healthy, but that seems to be difficult in today’s day and age… and research.

Financial Assessment: Financial business model is “give us all your money to hold while we spend it on making our lives more financially secure and we will invest it what we want and give a low interest rate back (saving accounts are at most 4%) while they keep record profits for ourselves to practice trickle-down theory one more time with the next generation”. America’s financial system is based on algorithms and predicting market economies now. Economies is like time, a construction of a particular part of the mind. Their business model is that you give them your money in savings and they invest it in their interests and give you a small percentage and they charge you for it. America’s financial industry is dependent on government allowance, international standards and agreements, and greed.

Governmental Regulation and Tax Assessment: Just like we go with morals over ethics and law, we can qualitatively trust but quantitatively don’t. Citizens in New York are taxed .08% for every exchange of money. Citizens are taxed roughly 23-30% of their income to contribute to enable Amerika to keep doing what they are doing. The government and business want to track every dollar, which is why crypto is such a threat that they have to create their own (e.g., CBDC). Businesses pass the cost of doing business to the customer and customer citizens pay businesses to be open because they need them. Businesses depend on customers and customers depend on them. Businesses take the risk of engaging with the public and the public risks their health by buying what businesses are selling. Who owes and who is to blame is what is important.

Insurance Assessment: Insurance business model is that citizens pay in case something happens, while insurance companies make record profits. Their business model is for everyone to give them money and if your situation qualifies, they will give you some of it back. America’s insurance industry is dependent on people paying for it and needing it. Remove those and we remove their power, same thing goes for taxes, of which there is no law against not paying your taxes, but there are and will be consequences for not doing what the State deems as legal (HERE). America’s insurance is based on the premise that if people pay into a system, they will get what they need if something were to go wrong with them. However, there is state mandated insurance for employers, cars, health, dental, home owners, and business owners. Insurance is needed because things cost too much to bankroll so we become dependent on insurance to pay us back if things go wrong. The chances of things going wrong is pretty high, therefore, having insurance is a good modern idea, but a luxury to those who can afford it (e.g., efficiency driven industries invest their profits in businesses other than their customers (e.g., health insurance companies owning entertainment arenas.)).

Criminal Assessment: As there is no funding for addressing white collar crime, we believe that there is more of a hidden cost with it.

Diagnostic Impressions: America has what a licensed psychological or medical provider would call Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) but she and her providers do not know it. America’s medical and psychological communities do not know how to treat it within the confines of their tradition and legal and moral responsibilities because dissociation is not a disease or a disorder because the unresolved reasons why they continue to not see that dissociation is not a disorder is why America cannot accept the help she is asking for. America’s doctors do not know how to “treat” it because that assumes that they have treated their own first. Dissociation is something that we all have to learn to heal with it and from. If it exists at all, of which we know it does, we must engage with those who have come back, who have recovered the ground they lost by buying into the American Dream, and accept our fate as a free nation on paper, but are running around policing the world like we know what we are doing; WHI do know what we are doing and we call it Healing (O’Brien, 2023a; O’Brien, 2023b; O’Brien, 2023c). We are also bringing our profession of Healing, as performed by Healers, as an advocation against bureaucratic tyranny because they crossed that line a long time ago (O’Brien, 2024a; O’Brien, 2024b; O’Brien, 2024c; O’Brien, 2024d). She living dissociated from her deep seeded rage and anger and this is preventing her from healing completely. This is why she is a good candidate for Wounded Healers Institute’s Path of the Wounded Healer Programming. While America may be a good candidate for our programming, she lives in a culture that is not ready for psychedelic care because they do not have accurate definitions of the words they use OR the system does not have to abide by the meaning of the words they use, particularly in their code of Ethics and law (O’Brien, 2024b). The fact that they do not have a Code of Morals and we do (based on the principle “21 rules but 1 will do.”), is enough to know who is who.

DISCUSSION

Our “fink” terminology relates to the more generalized statement of “draining the swamp” and “the deep state”, but also the turn of events that has led America to become dissociatively split. What we recognize is the “deep state” is basically middle class citizens who want to keep their middle class jobs with decent pay, lifetime benefits like health care and retirement, and the altruistic show of being a “public servant” (e.g., dependents). This is the sales pitch of “the system” and everyone unconsciously knows this. While those who dare to risk independence in a free market and free country get taxed, fined, imprisoned, and murdered (or are sent to be murdered or to kill other innocent citizens). What we know as citizens (e.g., lived experience of people saying “good retirement for those in government”) is that those who take governmental positions do so because they would have job security, good funding, and the ability to make or influence laws. Professional pathology is now here (O’Brien, 2024c). The deal is pretty good for those who decide to do public “service” as a career; however are they doing their job? Daylight savings is a good example of how they are not. And if not, why not? And at what cost and what is being sold? What is stopping them from doing their job instead of their career?

From the ACA Code of Ethics (they do not mention “morals” anywhere in this document) A.7.a. Advocacy “When appropriate, counselors advocate at individual, group, institutional, and societal levels to address potential barriers and obstacles that inhibit access and/or the growth and development of clients.” We have to ask, if this is in our code of ethics, is it in every profession’s code of ethics? Furthermore, what if morals were required by governmental agencies for all licensed professions (HERE)? When it becomes apparent to the reader that the moral standards for recovery are much higher than the Big Government of Big Business, law, policy, and professional organization, then the government can start to recognize that those who have entered into recovery (and “chosen” to stay), are the ones they should be learning from when it comes to medications and psychedelics because this same system said that they have no medical value.

At least one founder of AA recognized the importance of using psychedelics to help addicts and alcoholics recover and heal, but that tradition is being cultivated by our new profession, Healer (O’Brien, 2024a). In the same way recovery was never meant to be a profession, politics should have never have become or been made into a profession because careers, employers, and regulation authorities create conditions of dependence, addiction, and eventually abuse because absolute power corrupts absolutely. Or has politics not been officially made into a profession because that would require the same State and Federal regulations/laws would need to apply the same standards to their own professions (see Moral Character Clause). In a country that is about the separation of “Church and State”, the irony is plentiful. This is exactly what we have and why term limits, money out of politics, and deserves a historical common sense reality check because those in power do not know addiction enough to know they are not addicted or dependent on the trauma, their paychecks, career, or personality.

CONCLUSION

A Nation of Professional Finks are good people who are doing the best they have with what they got and what they know. They do not see how their indirect decisions and ignorance impact the world because they do not feel connected to it. They live in silos. Unfortunately, what one does know may not kill them today, but it will kill softly with the kindness they afforded others who came before. The conclusions drawn here and the ones that the writer needs the reader to know is that because meditation is evidence based, every healing relationship offers the chance to heal. If both parties know what is important and what is true, meditation is key to healing America’s dissociation. This is why Bob Marley wrote that the “stone that the building refused, shall be the head cornerstone.” Every generation gives birth to the generation that is going to save them from themselves. We may be one of the first to hold them to the right side of history by remembering it and defining it accurately. AA and the Acid Test of the 1960’s (performed by the communities that continued on in the Grateful Dead) were borne out of necessity because those in charge didn’t know what is “going on” until after the fact, but spend their lives thinking that they are predicting it. Psychology cannot predict anything other than that it has been wrong more times than not, or psychology is simply a reframe of what we already have and had from the Old World. Diseases do not die; they multiply and by calling them by another name is no different than gaslighting your future wife into loving you for who you will be instead of who you are.

A Professional Nation of Finks is a nation of addicts who are addicted to voting in their own self-interest, professional gain, and are playing hide and seek with their moral fate. They are unaware that they are unaware because they are in the precontemplation/contemplative Stage of Change, Piaget’s Heteronomous Morality, and Kohlberg’s preconventional and conventional Moral Development, according to established psychological research taught in 101 psychology courses. While this may be an unpopular opinion or interpretation of this research, as a trauma healer, the math is adding up that healing is what (Self-Help) recovery is and any profession based in healing is a healing profession. Therefore, we have established the new recovery-based and psychedelic inspired profession of “Healer” and do not need permission from a government that prides itself on the separation of logic and reason, “church and state”, and “us and them”. We are aware enough to know what we are doing and writing is important and legally binding. We do not need more professions, what we need is for existing professions to do their job instead of policing other professions or just doing their career. They need ethical codes because they do not have morals defined because they do not know where the psychological and physical line is between the body and the mind OR they believe that they are separate (O’Brien, 2024c).

Lastly, the psychedelic or psych meds tautology: if drugs are bad, then they should be illegal. If drugs are not bad then they should be legal. If they are not effective, they should be illegal. If they are effective, they should be legal. If they are not drugs and are food, your math does not add up so why are you making them illegal? Is it because the field of psychology does not know psychology because they do not define the unconscious as the body? It would appear that this is true. Our observation is that plants, fungi, roots, frogs sweat, and seeds are not drugs because they are not medicines – they are food, since one cannot overdose on them. If good and bad is in the eye of the holder, then the mindset of the observer must be checked for implicit bias and exponential benefit or reward. If good and bad, right and wrong, and what is real or not exists and does not exist, then nothing should be the outcome and the government that governs least is the one that governs best. If they have good laws, solid philosophy, common sense norms, and moral citizens, then this is possible. The irony is that one cannot train a moral citizen, they can only make them through lived experience and education – or the lack thereof.

Current Solutions

If “America” wants to get better, we made this free YouTube video on Dissociation Anonymous because that is a solution that could be worked (e.g., 90-in-90… watch this video one time a day for 90 days. We also support recent Dr. Jordan Peterson’s suggestions in dietary changes to improve American health, detoxing off of the Standard American Diet, and we are also open to having our research help implement our Addiction as Dissociation Model (ADM) as a standard for addiction treatment. We support revisions of the DSM to include our operational definition of addiction and perfectionism, altruism, and ambitious as addictions. We are offering Addiction Re-Educational Program (AREP), Path of the Wounded Healer for all and psychedelics, Meeting Area Screening and Assessment for all professions (and citizens, and parents), and our Posttraumatic Gym and Spa is available to help guide America back to being “healthy” “again”. Lastly, we are offering Healing America Podcast with Dr. Adam. Please come join us there… because we are here to be there with and for you.

Future Solutions

Recovery suggests we do the opposite of what is being done but how much is America professionally aware of what they are avoiding or what they are dependent on? What appears to be true is that they are avoiding cleaning up after themselves and taking the money and running into retirement and death; leaving for the next generation to pick up, with the bill, and the living memories of their illnesses.

Maybe the younger generation can tax the previous generations or at the very least sue them for damages that their dissociative and addictive denial system has been causing. Now that America has accurate diagnoses, there is no excuse or reason why healing is not a profession. That is why we had to recreate it again. This may be an everyday thing, but we will have to see what doing the opposite will do to the population. Maybe we all deserve to heal but they have that mislabeled as well. Maybe professional Americans could boycott their CE’s and renewing the licensure until our advocacy and changes are made on psychedelics, professional gatekeeping, redistribution of wealth in the tax structure, they set term limits, politicians are held accountable in real time (social media), utilize representative democracy, healthcare businesses (e.g., law, higher education, insurances, and financial institutions) have to be non-profits, and elect people who can do the job instead of their career. Maybe parents should raise their children instead of schools. Maybe Americans should stop enabling their abusers by not paying “their” taxes, which is not illegal. Maybe governments cannot collect or print money they haven’t earned. Maybe auxiliary healthcare industries like insurance, law, business, finance, and professional organizations have to emotionally write a progress note or perfect poem for every interaction they have (with their clients, technology, or computers) to ensure that they are moral and ethical. Maybe McKay & Coriel (2024) identified professionals in the field who are apophenia and identified who those types of people are; we propose that there are two sides to that coin (HERE). Maybe if medical professionals weren’t legally responsible for their client’s life or didn’t have to document everything for data collection they would have enough time to learn their practice. Maybe medical doctors who have virtually no training in the psychology or addiction, shouldn’t prescribe psych medications or be involved in pain management. Maybe HIPAA is null and void since the NSA has been recording citizens’ conversations without our expressed or written permission. Maybe the IRS shouldn’t be allowed to charge for late payments until the government has a balanced budget and the CIA has turned in their Congressional audit from 6 years ago. Maybe since they took religious and medical freedoms away, they cannot have separation of church and state. Maybe we can charge them for being late like the IRS charges us? Maybe the IRS pays us back for Vietnam, 2008 bailout, and SS by not collecting taxes until their debt is paid off (yes there variable rate of interest, subject to citizen common consensus approval). Maybe, since mental health practitioners are not trained specifically in medication management, maybe they should not be talking to anyone who is on a psych medication. Maybe you do not need a prescription if you cannot overdose on it (e.g., psychedelics). Maybe, since developmental trauma is not a disorder, but yet we estimate that 75-90% of matters discussed in session relate to that, we see that some systemic changes are needed. Maybe we all have to learn farming, housekeeping, and making clothes in school because that is where we are heading. Maybe American’s can become the heroes that history writes about instead of a nation of professional finks holding onto the past like they were dependent on it to exist. Maybe we could have a massive funeral for the endangered species that industrialization and the cost of doing business has caused. Maybe we start to trust the addict, because they already know what is coming because they already know this story and now so do you.

Maybe this is exactly what Bob Marley meant when he wrote (song: Ride Natty Ride): “The stone that the builder refused, shall be the head cornerstone” after being refused (by his father, the business owner of his mother) when he went to ask him for acknowledgement. Even though it was clear as day that he was his son, he still refused him. In his life and teaching, Bob’s chosen death exemplifies our standards of recovery with law, ethics, and moral character because this is what America is built upon: Self-sacrifice so the next generation can live. Bob was a mystic of tomorrow because he understood yesterday and now. The intelligences that are making the laws now or upholding the laws do not appear to have this quality. We need more people like him and the people making the laws need to consult with us or get approval from us. Our re-educational opportunity is to help people and professions morally develop their spiritual nature to be prepared for their death or their success because that is what is really going on. America cannot handle her success and is ignoring the traditions and character it took to secure her/our place in history as a free nation. No one told her the cost of this freedom.

In reviewing their actions, “What will they think” is an important implicit question to ask the professions who believe that they hold a tradition that is worth dying or killing for. Law and Ethics are simply words and concepts, until the moral imperative is breached by who is applying these definitions because action is the difference between ethics and morals. If actions are louder than words, then morals have more impact than the altruistic show of ethics and laws, but because these phenomena are manmade and morals are not (collectively made through reprocessing the past and not avoiding it (e.g., something greater than ourselves)), we must understand the different between religion and spiritual, politics and law, and life and death as the same different between ethics and morals. Morals are based on lived experience, implicit wisdom, and use qualitative reasonings; therefore, which science we are following, who is unconsciously driving, and who is addicted to what becomes the questions that “America” has to answer. Once they have their answers AND are living by them, maybe we should celebrate 250 years of suffering with psychedelic (mind-manifested) healing. WHI will be hosting public healings to help aid America with this peaceful transition power back to the people who do not need their parents to tell them what they should or shouldn’t do anymore. We do not need it but want it. We don’t need it because we have become fully developed, matured, and morally developed by psychology’s standard instead of the laws, insurance, business practices that are man-made and know it because we feel it. Go with the greater good as long as they are not the ones driving all of us off a cliff. Once the past is reprocessed, only look back to see the looks on their faces when we all can say: we are 1 year sober from the old American way of life and we are ready for our ultimate fate because we have surrendered to the fact that we are not in control and am letting who is in control and knowledgeable to drive our future and fate (e.g., a power greater than ourselves).

Just like morals and ethics have different meanings, sobriety and recovery are different qualitative terms that have different meanings. Recovery is regaining the ground that was lost when you learned that what they sold us was that we are the ones who are insane, sick, and disordered. Now that we are morally found, let’s start healing together. Professions need ethics because business practices and money can be used immorally by immoral professions. Charging for admission into a system that they created. A system that is sick and imperfect by their own admission, therefore, it is the people using the system that need to apply said learning. If ethics are not working, then morals are required. This is the same relationship between the first and second amendment. If people are avoiding the violence today, then they are forgetting the cost of freedom. Freedom is not a “terms and user end policy” consent that professionals sign when If professions follow illegal laws, then they are practicing immorally or are implying that they have no moral character. If the law feels like they are King, then they have another thing coming to them. The sins of the parents are paid by the children they chose to have. When in the end people come to their fate, they will meet the pineal glands releasing of DMT and they will find out if they are able to pass on threw St. Peter’s gate.

Has America done her 12-step work? Has America done 90-in-90? Are the promises working in her life? Has she admitted that she has a problem to not having an addiction? Has she surrendered in the 2nd and 3rd step. Is she practicing these principles in all of her affairs. More to the point, are the professions who tell us what do to doing what they are requiring? and are the professionals who maintain these professions in recovery or not? If healing is an addiction, then what we are enabling is professional dependence on creating pain to release (e.g., addicted to trauma because dissociation is produced by the endogenous opiate system, which would produce a citizenry of opiate addicts who are addicted to their own trauma and release cycle and don’t know it is very telling where America is at (O’Brien, 2023a). The fact that some do and some don’t know is the not conflict that training can solve. Only a moral and recovery education can do that). Here is a recovery measure that we would like “America” to do: HERE and then ask yourselves is this what you are getting from your government, therapy, relationships, family, or God allowing you to honestly say that these promises are coming true or are actively working in your life today… Has America had a spiritual awakening as a result of her recovery work? If she had, we would not exist like this. She believes that if she was living her recovery, religion, or Constitution honestly, she would not be getting what she has gotten or is getting. This is an irrational belief that she (and we all need to address). Until her professions do 90-in-90, we are not sure she will understand the level of recovery required to completely recover and/or fulfill the promises of Self-Help. Therefore, do not suggest to someone in recovery that they do 90-in-90, unless you have done it yourselves. We know that this cannot and will not happen, but that the very least, we will be able to quote recovery research to validate our observations, confirm data, and demonstrate our resolve.

Tautology of law, ethics, and moral development: If doing ethics is applying law, then where does law draw its wisdom from? Most would say values, customs, traditions, and mores (e.g., morals). Ethics arise out of conversation and are words on a page, just like law. If laws are illegal because one knows they will change, why hold or follow onto the laws?

Tautology: 1) Being moral is ethical. 2) Being unethical is being moral. 3) Being unethical can be moral if laws are unjust 4) Being ethical by not following unjust law is to be moral because following the law when laws are unjust, unscientific, and unmanageable is not a program of recovery and can lead to oppression and abuse AND since society depends on chaos/trauma to exist, then nothing can change until what or who needs to change is identified in every one self.
