Community-Based Employee Assistance Program

For for an independent perspective? Want to talk to someone who is not affiliated with your company? Is your profession not what you thought it was? Are you someone who needs to have an honest and objective person in your work life?

Who do small business owners look to when their employee is experiencing life transitions that is causing issues in their life? Small Business Owners need resources and support to help everyone and anyone involved. We are offering our community services for those in the industry.

Who does HR refer to when employees or customers experience a stressful situation in the workplace or have a issue that goes beyond what one would expect at work?

If the employer is open to supporting their employee and their family back to their normal level of functioning, then we are here to help. Consider connecting with WHI to explore community based options for small business owners and community members.
