Thais Harris is a board-certified holistic nutritionist who helps women love themselves into their ideal body, vibrant health, and an outstanding life.

She helps women prioritize their well-being while ensuring family and career needs are met. Cultivating deeper self-love as the guiding principle in making dietary and lifestyle improvements, her clients get crystal clear in their goals, understanding their unique needs with the help of current labs and DNA reports. Together, Thais and her clients identify priorities and create a custom path forward to end self-loathing (and the sabotaging that comes with it) and rediscover vibrant health, transforming their relationship with body, mind, and food.

After working for five years with cancer patients at Ceres Community Project and a decade in private practice at Nourish Together, it is clear the biggest results come from a place of love and respect towards oneself rather than punishment, deprivation, shoulds, and don’ts.

Thais grew up in Brazil and moved to the U.S. in 1999 to pursue the life of her dreams. She graduated from CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies) and completed a certificate in Holistic Nutrition from Bauman College, where she became faculty and taught therapeutic nutrition for four years.
