Legalized Psychological Experts
“He who dares to not offend cannot be honest.” – Thomas Paine
When professions miss that addiction is dissociative in their taxonomies and symptomology for centuries, didn’t define or see addictions as transdiagnostic, don’t see how addictions are not limited to substances and gambling, labeled psychedelics as having “no medical value”, cited that their drugs have value (chemical imbalance) but “ours” don’t, and the APA not having conclusive evidence that addiction is a disease, we offer our implications on trauma-related dissociation and unconscious processes with our work on select historical legal decisions.
In do so, we directly question the authority of the State to professional police their citizens for topics that are outside their privy of professional expertise. We also directly challenge the authority of the medical models and the legal use of medical necessity for their pathology, based on their missing analysis of dissociation and pathology of addiction (e.g., perfectionistic, altruistic, and ambitious addictions). We directly refuse to accept that the medical science would ever allow experimental COVID vaccines being recommended and mandated for children and pregnant women, that the law has no mechanism to stop the government from not following the law (e.g., COVID shutdown was illegal), that psychology has not directly addressed major psychological issues in the law and medical science; therefore, we dissent.
We directly challenge the government’s scientific authority for continuing gain of functioning research when it has been confirmed that COVID started in a lab under federal funding from the US government and business interests.
We challenge the legal authority because COVID shutdowns were illegal and for keeping classical psychedelics illegal, having a war on a healing superfood, even when the science is clear, easily followed, and common sensical.
The logic we have historically been following as a nation, profession, and citizenry, demonstrates how psychologically pathological our society is currently behaving to warrant an intervention like this; the birth of a new nation is similar to the birth of a new profession. But as we are recreating and redefining a profession that already has been, knows what it is already, and knows where it fits into society’s needs. Ultimately, concluding the level of care needed to help establish recovery in our Western society, culture, hearts, and minds has not clinically been achieved yet. By the clinical measures that we know, are trained in, train others in, are evidence based, and have quantitative confirmation with qEEG. As a result, Western Civilization and their professions are not prepared enough for psychedelic medicine to be made legal by the same professions who took them away. Those who do not understand dissociation or addiction, which is why we offer psychedelic care and recovery-based approaches. They are the ones who said they had “no medical value” and did not have to legally produce any science confirming this claim to make them illegal. The reasons why psychology has complied with this logic is because she does not know that she is in an abusive relationship with these other professions, is living dissociated, and is addicted to not knowing.
