MEMBERSHIP & GUILD STRUCTURE (The Association)

The Healer’s Guild Membership Tiering


Tier 1: The Wounded Healer (Student/Seeker) Honorary / Public Member

    ◦ Access: Digital subscription to Wounded Healers Insights (Journal), access to the “Rabbit Hole” archive, and entry to the Mental Wealth Gym.

    ◦ Goal: Personal posttraumatic growth and recovery and resiliency training.

Prerequisite: Submission of the MASA (Short Form) to establish a baseline of conscious/unconscious awareness.

Cost: Free / Donation-Based.

Benefits:

    ◦ Access to WHI Newsletter and public blogs.

    ◦ Eligibility to attend open WHI Community Healing Events (with signed waiver).

    ◦ Access to the “Tea Time with Dr. Adam” orientation sessions.


Tier 2: The Recovery and Healing Advocate (Professional) PWH Trained Member (The “Apprentice”)

    ◦ Access: Trainings, PTG Growth and Spa

Prerequisite: Successful completion of PWH-1 (Regulation) and PWH-2 (Memory Work).

Benefits:

    ◦ Listing in the internal WHAG directory.

    ◦ Access to the Posttraumatic Growth (PTG) Gym & Spa (online meditation and neuroregulation resources).

    ◦ Eligibility for group consultation hours.

    ◦ Authorization to utilize the ADM and MASA protocols in professional practice (within existing scope of licensure, if applicable).

Certified Wounded Healer (The “Professional”)

Prerequisite: Completion of PWH-1 through PWH-3, plus 200 hours of session time, 20 hours of group consultation, and a Capstone Project.

Cost:

    ◦ PWH-3 ($1,500).

    ◦ Certification Application Fee: $200.

    ◦ Annual Guild Dues: $200/year.

Benefits:

    ◦ Full professional designation as a “Certified Wounded Healer.”

    ◦ Right to market services under the WHI banner.

    ◦ Access to the “Rabbit Hole” (advanced research and enhanced bracketing techniques group).

    ◦ Protection under the Guild’s collective advocacy for Psychedelic Care rights.

    ◦ Requirement: Must sign the “Moral-Ethical Code” (prioritizing moral action over legal compliance when necessary).


Tier 3: The Council of Elders (Consultants/Faculty/Researcher)

    ◦ Access: Research collaboration, publishing rights in WHI Journal, and voting rights on Guild standards.

    ◦ Role: Defining the “Healer” profession as distinct from “Therapist”.

Faculty & Leadership (The “Guide”)

Sub-Tiers: Consultant-in-Training (CIT), Approved Consultant (AC), Affiliate Faculty, Senior Faculty.

Prerequisite: Completion of PWH-4 (Professional Enhancement), invitation by Senior Faculty, and execution of Faculty Agreements (NDA, MOU).

Cost:

    ◦ PWH-4: $2,000.

    ◦ Annual Guild Dues: $200/year.

Benefits:

    ◦ Revenue share on trainings led.

    ◦ Authority to train others and sign off on certifications.

    ◦ Voting rights on the WHAG Council of Elders.
